This big boy is Rambo, a 3-year-old Newfoundland. He's a gentle giant, has been neutered, and is good with kids. He needs a good bath & a haircut, and he'll be ready for a great new home! The shelter staff did mention that he is a little food aggressive around other dogs, but that he's still a sweetheart!

This sweet little guy is Odie! He's a 1-year-old Jack Russell/Dachshund mix who was turned in by his owners because he was "too much to handle." He's already neutered and is a little shy, but he comes around!
Next up is Henny Penny, a 1-year-old Boxer mix. She was brought in as a stray & will be available for adoption on 6/25/11. She is very sweet, friendly, and loveable!
This gorgeous gal is Powder! She's an American Eskimo Dog who was brought in as a stray & will be available for adoption on 6/24/11. The shelter staff says she's a very friendly & energetic girl!
Next up we have Gus! He's a 1-year-old Lhasa Apso who was picked up as a stray & will be available for adoption on 6/25/11. The shelter staff says he's a very friendly & outgoing little guy!

Meet Maverick! This handsome fellow is a Great Dane Mix who still needs to be neutered, but who has a very sweet & quiet nature. The shelter staff says he's well-behaved and beautiful!
Meet Zyler! He's a 3-year-old Flat Coat Retriever who just loves to be near you! He's a little scared in the shelter because of all the noise, but he adjusts once he's out on a leash & has super leash manners. Zyler is considered URGENT because he has a large lump on his side - he was probably dumped at the shelter because of this. :( (I can speak from experience when I say lumps on dogs aren't always "the big C" - they're often just fatty benign tumors that can be removed with a simple surgery! So don't count Zyler out just because he's got a lump!)
Next up is Tommy! He must be new to the shelter because there's no info in his profile other than his name & the fact that he's a Black Lab - if you call the shelter I know they'll be glad to answer any questions you might have about him!
Meet Larkin! He must be one of the smartest pups in this area, because he wrote his own profile! "Hi, my name is Larkin. I have passed from one home to another. None of my owners were very loyal or committed to me like I was to them. I just want an owner that I can trust and love...would you be willing to give me that chance?"
